Well the answer to this is short, Covid-19!

For the past two months, like many, I have been staying home and only taking a few photos around the house. However I have been busy. Not necessary in the photographic field.

I consider myself a communicator. And I have been communicating Covid-19 information relating to Art and Entertainment on the Delmarva Peninsula and business resources.

Well, a lot of it has been a lot of what’s closed and how people have pivot their businesses. This includes those non-profit business and those for-profit.

I had hoped that by the beginning of March I would be able to begin the “Drives with Steve” series. Now that Covid-19 restrictions are being lifted I am beginning those Drives again. I took a short ride on Saturday, May 16th and I have posted the first series on my Patreon site – Patreon.com/DelmarvaScenes. Yes, that is a membership site. I hope that you will see that a few dollars a month, basically the cost of buying me a cup of coffee, is of a value to you.

With Memorial Day weekend coming up, next week’s posting will be a Photo Essay/Story of flag photos I’ve taken throughout the years as honoring the day.

I have been posting a Delmarva Scenes Photo-a-day during the Covid shutdown on my Facebook Page – ShoreToBeFun Photographs with this photo being the 60th and the final one in that series.

From a professional side. I have been mostly an Event Photographer. Obviously now that’s not happening right now and it doesn’t appear that events will be happening too much anytime soon. Most have been cancelled until Mid-July.

At the beginning of the year, I posted information about wanting to do Personal Branding Photographs. I am now broadening that to help folks with Personal Branding in general. This could be anything from assisting to create your personal branding (You have one whether you realize it or not) and to fine tune what’s already in place.

In general Life is Tough and the beginning of 2020 has been as tough as anything I have seen in my nearly 62 years of life.
