Looking back on the year, in one way I’m wondering, as I’m sure you are as well, what do I have to be Thankful.
Thinking about it I realize that there are plenty of things. Last December I had a heath issue, one that hit out of the blue. Also one that could have been fatal, and perhaps was not that long ago it would have been. I thankful that I am here to write this.
I had planned on a few things that I wanted to do in 2020. One of them was to do more Personal Branding Photos and another was create business networking events on the Eastern Shore.
Just as I had fully recovered from my surgery in December and just launched a FB page for networking, the world was shut down due to Covid. Life went virtual. Networking did as well, I attended more networking events than I ever had. I even created my own Virtual networking weekly event Eastern Shore Connect. I’ve met people I may not have encounter otherwise. A few has become friends. I’m not thankful for Covid, but I am thankful that I have been able to meet all the people I have, mainly because of it.
All in all, I am thankful for what could have been a terrible year, but has turned out to be a pretty good one.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Here is the original photo that I used for the background for my Happy Thanksgiving post. It’s just a simple photo of a tree in Betterton, MD of “Colorful Leaves” that I shot in 2017.
