What is your Personal Brand?
You have one whether you know it or not. At one time it may have thought of it as your reputation.
Whether you do Social Media or not, volumes are spoken about you. Your Personal Brand is how people perceive you and it reaches many. What you say, what you do and the things that matter the most to you are all part of it.
It’s what you stand for. It’s how you want to be perceived personally and professionally.
Your Personal Brand is not necessarily your company brand. Although if you are a Solo Entrepreneur it often is. Your Person brand remains constant, at least it should, and stays with even when you move to another venture.
You may have heard, “People like to do business with people they know, like and trust”. Your Personal Brand is one of those ways that allows this to happen. It a big part of your connection with them.
How do you determine your Personal Brand?
It begins with what is important to you and your core values. As people doing business we want others to perceive us in a certain way. One that will make people want do business with us.
Share your Personal Brand
Digital marketing, often thought of as Social Media Marketing, is one ways that you can use your Person Branding. You can share events you are attending, letting your followers know what’s happening with your favorite non-profit.
Another way is through the the material they use for marketing, such as brochures and your Website.
Photographs are one of the ways to do this.
My personal values, my personal brand, defines my business and yours will define your business. One part of my business is to share information that show my passion of learning about the the history and heritage of Maryland’s Eastern Shore and the Delmarva Peninsula. This is done through sharing my photographs.
I can work with you to create photographs that show your passion and how that impacts what you do in your business. These photos can be use in a number of ways.
