Senior Photos

Not that long ago I was at a business networking Meet and Greet and a conversation I was having turned to what new services I was working on. I have been thinking about putting together a Senior Photo package. He looked at me with a confused look that told me he had no idea what I meant.

Maybe not so obviously I was referring to to High School and College Seniors.

It was in the spring and the school year was coming to an end. I wasthinking it would be nice to offer a inexpensive package to highlight the end of their time in High School with nice airy spring outdoor photos, either by themselves or with friends. These would be different than Prom and Graduation photos, I would think of them more as High School Memories photos.

This brings us back to what I believe my new business friend was thinking when I mentioned Senior Photos. Senior Citizens. Often I feel that Seniors are left out. These Seniors, couples or individuals should also be doing professional photo sections. When their Grandchildren talk with their Grandchildren, this is how they will be remembered.

And let’s not forget the Moms. I have seen many moms being the ones that are taking photographs. Whether it’s of their children or vacations or just a day out. These moms are often not in the photos themselves. I would love to include moms in these photos, so that when they look back on the photos in 5, 10, 25 years the memories flow back as if no time has passed.

With there being plenty of lovely outdoor locations in the area, places that I’m sure they have spent time at together. Now would be a great time go to one of those favorite locations and have some photographs to add to those memories when you reflect back on these days.

Wouldn’t it be great to have a Mom, her daughter and her mother all in a fun filled park photo? I think it would be fantastic.

The photo package is for any age. It could be of one of your child’s Big Teen years, 13th Birthday, Sweet 16, Graduation, of Turning 21. But it also can be on Moms, especially those that are often the ones taking the photos.

I cover all of these in a post from last year on Doing An Empowerment Portrait. Or coming up with an idea and do a Artistic Portraiture

Let’s have a conversation. It doesn’t cost a thing other than some of your time.
